Yesterday Maddux had his first haircut in the US. He was a little worried about it, but didn't cry and got a lollipop afterwards!
Overall, much better than the doctor's appointment the day before. He did well at first, but was scared of the XRay machine and cried there. Then the dr. had to clean wax out of his ear and that was too much, tears and screams. Same thing when they had to draw blood! He recovered well though and was fine by the time we made it back to the car. Hopefully all the vaccine checks come back okay and he won't need anymore shots.
Welcome home! Come join us at Kiwanis Park on a Friday (1:30-ish). Several of us try to there meet on a weekly basis there with our children.

Enjoy and cherish all those "first" that you are sharing, because before you can blink your eyes he will be a teenager (trust me). Hope to talk to you soon!!

Have enjoyed reading about your China trip and seeing all of the pictures. We are so excited about Maddux's arrival. The plane flight, beach trip, hair cut and doctor appointment have all been enjoyable to follow. Hope to finally meet Maddux soon.
